- Work as part of a team to develop and manage production strategy to mitigate future production risks and seize emerging opportunities to improve quality, output, safety, and cost.
- Identify operational challenges within the organization, determine root cause, and develop appropriate solutions.
- Actively develop system and process improvements within and between production and maintenance.
- Collaborate with all departments for improve production capacity and synchronize efforts.
- Capture best practices of production systems, and manage organizational knowledge and lessons-learned.
- Improve production capacity and work to reduce waste and cost in production.
- Working on developing and modifying machines to increase their efficiency.
- Familiarity with all civil protection, HSE occupational health procedures while performing work.
Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanics Power or production major.At least 5 years experience in manufacturing and industry field such as cement, ceramics, glass and refractories.Full knowledge of MS Office and advanced in drawing, design AutoCAD 2D-3D.Good Command of English language.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Well-organized and reliable.
