Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Optimize Operations: Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production targets are met while upholding strict quality standards and timelines.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled employees, providing training and performance feedback to drive success and career growth.
- Production Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement effective production schedules and strategies that optimize efficiency, reduce downtime, and meet customer demands.
- Safety & Compliance Champion: Enforce rigorous safety protocols, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all staff, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Equipment & Maintenance Oversight: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring they operate at peak performance and meet safety compliance standards.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain management to streamline inventory, reduce waste, and improve operational workflows.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and drive operational excellence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all production processes comply with local and international regulations in the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets effectively, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferably in the plastics industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and optimizing production processes.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with production management software and data analysis tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
