Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Development:
  - Develop and optimize electromechanical systems for alternative fuel production, processing, and distribution.  
  - Collaborate with R&D teams to design and prototype innovative systems that enhance efficiency and sustainability. 

- System Integration:
  - Integrate mechanical and electrical components into bioenergy systems, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with safety standards.  
  - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems to improve performance and reliability. 

- Project Management:
  - Lead and manage projects related to equipment installation, upgrades, and maintenance.  
  - Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines. 

- Operational Support:
  - Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.  
  - Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs. 

- Compliance and Safety:
  - Ensure systems comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.  
  - Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals and audits. 

- Collaboration and Training:
  - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and operators, to achieve project goals.  
  - Train staff on the operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems.

  • Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
  • Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements
  • Produce outline designs
  • Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results
  • Test and evaluate theoretical designs
  • Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
  • Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
  • Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions
  • Estimate budget and scope of project
  • Solicit observations from operators
  • Prepare product reports and documentation
  • Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods

Proven working experience in mechanical engineeringWorking experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE)Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.Creativity and analytical skillsAbility to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable mannerTechnical writing skillsBSc degree in EngineeringQualifications: - Education:  - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Experience:  - Minimum of [3] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the bioenergy, renewable energy, or manufacturing industry.    - Proven expertise in designing and maintaining electromechanical systems. - Technical Skills:   - Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).    - Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.    - Familiarity with alternative fuel production processes is a plus. - Soft Skills:   - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.    - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.    - Ability to manage multiple projects Qualifications- Education: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.     - Minimum of [3] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the bioenergy, renewable energy, or manufacturing industry.   - Proven expertise in designing and maintaining electromechanical systems.  - Technical Skills:  - Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).   - Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.   - Familiarity with alternative fuel production processes is a plus.  - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.   - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.   - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  .
