We are growing quickly and looking for a Sales Representative to help expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively attract and engage new clients.
- Conduct consultations and studio tours to demonstrate the benefits of EMS.
- Convert prospects into memberships or package sales.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and collaborate with the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience, ideally in fitness, health, or wellness sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about fitness and eager to learn EMS technology (training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeHigh school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
