Job Summary:

Creativefactory is seeking a Senior WordPress/PHP/Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of websites using WordPress as the primary CMS. You'll collaborate with team members and interact with clients to understand their needs, set strategies, and ensure the success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites for clients.

Perform WordPress and plugin updates, ensuring site security and functionality.

Test website appearance and functionality across various browsers and devices.

Customize themes and plugins to meet client requirements and improve user experience.

Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

Identify and resolve issues based on client feedback and testing results.

Recommend UI/UX improvements informed by data and user insights.

Work autonomously while collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality results on time.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create visually appealing and effective websites.

Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hotjar to make data-driven website decisions.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance website design and functionality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress and Shopify websites.

Deep understanding of WordPress programming architecture and WooCommerce architecture.

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and PHP.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

Knowledge of UX and UI design principles (technical SEO background preferred).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with an excellent eye for detail.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with other CMS platforms and web technologies is a plus.

Understanding of website accessibility standards and best practices.

Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
