Secretary

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties

- At least 1 to 7 years of experience in the field of secretarial work is required.- Responsible for administrative and office work.- Work from 8:30 am to 5 pm.- Very good in English.- Proficiency in dealing with MS Office programs (Excel, Word and Power Point).- Ability to organize files.- Commitment to work and implementation of the required with the utmost accuracy and focus.- Appropriate appearance.- Resident at Nasr City or neighboring areas.
