Technical Office Engineer

1. Prepare, BOQs (Bill of Quantities).


2. Review project designs, specifications, and contracts for technical accuracy.


3. Assist in tendering by preparing and reviewing technical proposals and offers.


4. Coordinate between site operations and the design team to address discrepancies.


5. Conduct quantity surveying to ensure accurate material estimation.


6. Prepare and review submittals, including materials, methods, and schedules.


7. Manage and document project-related correspondence and reports.


8. Provide technical support and solutions to on-site challenges.


9. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project


 Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, Master’s degree or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.8-10 years of relevant experience in an engineering or construction environment, with exposure to both office-based and site-based tasks.Proven experience in handling technical documentation, design review, cost estimation, and project scheduling.Familiarity with engineering processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
