Marketing Administrative Assistant

1. Asset Management: • Responsible for managing the assets of the MKT department (including sample phones, gifts, and daily office supplies). This includes procurement, inventory management, distribution, and shipping. • As the sole personnel with warehouse access, ensure the safety and integrity of all assets, maintaining accurate records of asset allocation. Accountability is required for discrepancies resulting from poor management.
2. Vendor Coordination: • Liaise with third-party administrative service providers (e.g., courier companies, gift suppliers) to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration with high-quality resources.
3. Marketing Operations Support: • Provide full support for marketing activities, such as government CPA applications and event preparations (e.g., product launch events, media conferences). • Handle miscellaneous tasks including urgent deliveries, booking meeting rooms/hotels/restaurants/flights, purchasing gifts, assisting with contract signing/stamping, and managing financial workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
4. Team Support: • Assist in the daily management of the marketing team, including recruitment, employee training & meeting coordination, and team-building activities to foster a positive working environment.
5. Other Duties: • Perform additional tasks as assigned by department leadership.


Position Requirements: 1. Skills and Proficiency: • Proficient in basic office software, especially Excel. • Basic English communication skills are required. 2. Personal Attributes: • Detail-oriented, responsible, and hardworking, with strong moral standards and good communication skills. 3. Integrity: • Adhere to company policies and procedures; strictly prohibited from using the company’s name for personal gain. Violations will result in immediate disciplinary action.
