Establish policies and procedures for warehouse management.
Monitor the Delivery of Items at the warehouse.
Follow up on the delivery of requests to all company departments and sister companies within the group.
Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures and documentary cycle of the warehouse.
Review all Release and addition Orders and ensure that they are recorded and archived as required.
Follow up on missing items and requests within the warehouse.
Supervising the cleanliness and arrangement of the items inside the warehouse.
Conduct periodic training for all warehouse Personnel.
Make a periodic inventory (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually).
Monitor warehouse balance periodically.
