- Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
- Coordinates work activities among departments.
- Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, and work procedures, and to demonstrate the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
- Follow up on daily consumption of operating needs and weekly warehouse requests.
- Follow up the maintenance work.
- Follow up the periodic inventory work.
- Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements.
- Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
- Prepares reports concerning club , and department expenses.
- Examines building to determine the need for repairs or equipment and makes recommendations to management.
- Attends staff meetings to discuss company policies and patrons' complaints.
- Issues supplies and equipment to workers.
- Establishes standards and procedures for the work of housekeeping staff.
- Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and timecards, and prepares periodic reports.
- Screens job applicants, hires new employees and recommends promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
8-10 years of experience in housekeeping and management experience is a MUSTBachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.Excellent command of English.Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and any related programs.Excellent leadership and Management skills.
