We're Hiring: Junior and Senior .NET Developers

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one .NET language (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3.
• API Knowledge: Understanding of architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail.
• Educational Background: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain .NET applicationsImplement and optimize insurance workflows in collaboration with business analysts.Troubleshoot technical issues and enhance application performance.Create documentation for technical specs and system designs.Mentor junior developers and ensure best coding and security practices.Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application DeveloperFamiliarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)Understanding of Agile methodologiesExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsAttention to detailBSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldRequired Skills:2+ years in software development;Expertise in .NET 4.5+, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular 6+, SQL Server, Web APIs, Entity Framework.Strong architectural knowledge and experience in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and task management skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with RabbitMQ, Elastic, Redis Cache, WCF, Docker, Power BI, or Tableau.
