Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online channels, providing information about unit availability, rates, packages, and amenities, and assisting guests in making reservations based on their preferences and requirements.
Communicate special requests or important guest information to relevant staff. Maintain accurate records of all reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Prepare daily reports on bookings and occupancy rates.
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality or real-estate industry. Proficient in using reservation and online booking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
