- Manage and lead the quality operations and activities to ensure a high level of quality of raw material, packaging materials and final products.
- Handling customer complaints analysis & diagnosis of the defects root causes define of the corrective actions and preventive action of the problems to be solved.
- Participate in the formulation, preparation, implementation of procedures and policies with all departments’ managers.
- Ensure application of quality systems and standards effectively on the safety of products that meet the company's quality policies.
- Follow-up of the results of all samples in laboratories and evaluation and work on corrective actions.
- Follow up on customer complaints and track reasons of complaints and find effective solution.
- Follow up operation of the production lines in accordance with the applied quality and food safety systems effectively.
- Follow-up inspections internal, external reviews and assist all company departments in passing periodic inspections.
- Maintain the quality management system and follow up it to comply with all ISOs Certifications.
Relevant degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or related field.Food safety & Quality background.ISO Certifications.Lead Auditor.TQM.
