Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview:

The Recruiter Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions across multiple departments. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful individual who can source, screen, and engage top talent in line with the company’s staffing needs and culture. The Recruiter Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.

Full-Cycle Recruiting:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and other innovative sourcing methods.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and job offer presentations.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs, company culture, and job requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment trends, compensation data, and talent market conditions.
  • Assist in defining job roles, responsibilities, and qualifications.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure that recruitment processes comply with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and interviews.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on recruitment progress, metrics, and performance to HR leadership.

Market Research & Employer Branding:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve the company’s employer brand.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and other initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility in the talent market.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate source, and hiring quality.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and areas for process improvement.
