1. Preparing the Attendance and Departure Report for On-Site Employees:
This is done by collecting the working hours for each employee, reviewing their attendance and departure data, and recording any penalties and overtime in cases where they are required to work additional temporary hours.

2. Monitoring Official and Sick Leave Records:
These records are submitted to the Operations Department under the Human Resources Sector for review.

3. Monitoring Attendance and Departure of Employees within the Organization.

4. Monitoring and Supervising Requests for Business Trips and Permissions 
(Early Departure - Tardiness).

 


1 to 2 years of experience in the field or a similar field.A Bachelor's degree in Commerce is preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Time management skills.Communication skills.good in computer usage and applications.
