Role Purpose:

•    Technical Lead of the design and development of AI-driven and automation software solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver business value.
•    Align AI and automation initiatives with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
•    Provide deep technical knowledge and guidance in areas such as machine learning, natural language processing, robotic process automation (RPA), and software engineering best practices.
•    Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
•    Serve as the go-to expert for AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools.
•    Mentor team members to grow their skills in AI, machine learning, and software development.

Job Responsibilities:

•    Technical Leadership
•    Evaluate and select appropriate tools, platforms, and technologies for AI and automation projects.
•    Identify opportunities for automation and AI implementation across processes and workflows.
•    Drive the roadmap for AI and automation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
•    Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects, from ideation to deployment.

Skills Required:

 knowledge and experience:
•    High-level of strategic & critical thinking
•    Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong Expertise in AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
•    familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
•    Knowledge of software engineering principles, including system design, object-oriented programming, and Agile methodologies.
•    experience with API development and integration.
Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    B.Sc. of Engineering or Computer science 
•    Proven experience in IT Automation and software engineering, technical leadership skills with a strong focus on new technology streams 
•    Experience and awareness of telecom technology.
•    Strong knowledge in Automation Tools
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies
