Customer Success Manager (CSM)

This role is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering client relationships, and driving upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a mix of customer relationship management, problem-solving, and proactive sales strategies to support our business goals.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer retention.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals and close deals with existing customers.
  • Track and report sales metrics, including upsell conversion rates and revenue impact.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer usage patterns and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address potential concerns.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or service disruptions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
  • Work closely with the operations, dispatch, and marketing teams to streamline service delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Provide customer feedback to product and service teams to drive continuous improvement.

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or sales preferably in US market.Fluent in English is a must. Strong written and verbal communication in English.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage and resolve customer concerns effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
