Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies to increase our online visibility and drive brand awareness.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee and create engaging, informative, and impactful content for our social media channels, blog, website, and email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our target audience.
SEO & SEM Optimization:
- Perform in-depth keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns on Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to monitor website performance and user engagement.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Campaign Management:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create cohesive campaigns that support business objectives.
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
Social Media & Influencer Engagement:
- Manage and grow Nano Health’s social media presence by engaging with industry professionals, influencers, and our community.
- Use social listening tools to monitor trends and competitor activity in the health tech industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Skills:
- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO, as well as the ability to conduct keyword research.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Communication: Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus.
