Project Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans for digital learning initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Learning Solution Development:
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and developers to create engaging digital learning experiences.
- Oversee the design and implementation of eLearning modules, virtual training programs, and blended learning solutions.
- Ensure all solutions align with organizational learning objectives and industry best practices.
Technology Management:
- Leverage learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and digital platforms to deploy training programs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with leadership, trainers, and end-users to align learning strategies with business goals.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve learning solutions.
- Prepare and deliver reports on project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) managing projects in digital learning, eLearning, or related areas.Skills:Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project.Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone) and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards is a plus.Certifications:PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is preferred.Certifications in instructional design or digital learning are advantageous
