Presales Manager

Job description

  • Develop and present customized solution proposals, detailed technical specifications, and proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, aligned with client expectations, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for potential clients, providing insights into solution benefits, performance, and implementation.
  • Address technical objections and complex inquiries from prospective clients with accurate, clear, and persuasive information.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, develop winning strategies, and drive pre-sales processes.
  • Coordinate with the technical, and project management teams to ensure solutions align with the company’s product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Facilitate seamless handovers to the post-sales and project delivery teams after successful deal closures.
  • Lead the development and management of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Ensure that proposal responses are timely, compliant, and position El-Delta competitively.

Requirements for this roleEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 15 years of experience in Pre-sales management, preferably within the technology, digital payments, or cloud computing industries.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams.Skills:Deep knowledge of IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud computing, and software development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into solutions.Proficient in delivering persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to clients.Ability to act as a bridge between the sales and technical departments.
