- Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with the company overall business objectives.
- Set clear sales goals and establish action plans to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Set KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance and provide regular feedback and motivation to ensure optimal results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients and oversee high-value accounts.
- Ensure that sales activities are cost-effective and contribute to the company’s overall financial goals.
- Expand the company’s reach by identifying new regions, sectors, and clients to enter.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance customer experience.
Requirements for this roleEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the technology, digital payments, or cloud computing industries.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams.Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
