What You’ll Do:

As an FP&A Team Leader, you will:

- Lead Financial Planning: Oversee the preparation of company-wide financial plans and budgets to achieve cost and profitability targets.
- Analyze and Strategize: Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Deliver Accurate Forecasts: Provide reliable short-term and long-term forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare Insightful Reports: Develop and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive Process Improvement: Create advanced financial models and tools to improve cost estimation and decision-making.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with project managers, finance, and other departments to deliver accurate cash flow projections and indirect cost analyses.
- Monitor Financial Health: Oversee SG&A, COGS, and working capital while developing KPIs to enhance financial visibility and accountability.
- Mentor and Guide: Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
