Job Title: HR Generalist - Recruitment Specialist

Job Purpose:
The HR Generalist - Recruitment Specialist will oversee the full recruitment cycle, specifically focusing on blue-collar and bulk hiring for City Parking. This role will involve sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates efficiently and effectively to meet the company's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified blue-collar and bulk candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and interview questions.
- Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to provide necessary training and support.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist in processing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Compliance and Legal:
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Other HR Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations matters, such as resolving issues and conducting investigations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 1 in recruitment, particularly in blue-collar and bulk hiring.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in Egypt.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies for blue-collar and bulk positions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
