- Design Mechanical drawings (HVAC) and coordinate with other departments.
- All work must incorporate professional drawing standards and symbols.
- Works with senior and fellow engineers to develop alternatives and options for further development of projects and products.
- Responsible for reporting progress of all assigned tasks to the head department and implementing specific and mechanical/ Electrical engineering works in accordance with the work program of a project or as requested.
- Organizes and supervises the work of draftsmen allocated to him and provides relevant support and/or advice to project teams as applicable.
- Responsible for efficient and effective design of HVAC and mechanical engineering works, preparation of drawings, calculations, bills of quantities, contract documents, etc.
- Verifies that all designs, drawings, and documents are to current codes and standards.
- Liaises as directed with other engineers on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
- Undertakes special and/or project assignments as required by the Senior or his responsible Principal as applicable.
- Producing complicated drawings and charts in a specialized field, involving planning, layout, bill of materials, etc. for major installations.
- Responsible for the generation of drawings and bills of materials.
- Responsible for meeting design to cost figures.
- Responsible for carrying out design change requests in a timely manner.
- Add project calculating document, filling on server in a manner to make all tasks trackable.
Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree.5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field of Engineering Consultants offices.Excellent AutoCADGood Microsoft OfficeExcellent English languageHard worker and can work under pressureExperience in design.Good knowledge of Revit.Full awareness of all related design software.Client-Oriented.Capability in handling the changes, and driving them through the projects, Organizations, and communications.
