Role Description

●       Create comprehensive architectural designs, templates, and drawings following project specifications and directives.

●       Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet regulatory codes and standards.

●       Develop the company drafting guideline.

●       Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of project documentation.

●       Assist in the preparation of presentations, renderings, and other visual materials.

Qualifications

●       Minimum of 7 years of experience in CAD drafting, preferably in the architectural or engineering field.

●       Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

●       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●       Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
