SaaS Strategic Partnership Product Owner

Role Purpose

As a SaaS Strategic Partnership Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our strategic partnership with Microsoft. 
You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing effective marketing strategies, and fostering a strong strategic partnership to deliver innovative solutions that empower our partners and customers.

Role Profile

 

  • Strategic Partner Management: Drive strategic alignment with Microsoft, managing product releases and partnership programs to achieve mutual business objectives
  • Product Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest-value features and improvements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Agile Methodology: Embrace Agile principles and practices to drive efficient and iterative product development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, squad, designers, and partners.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and satisfaction, ensuring the product delivers exceptional value.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies & sales plays to promote the marketplace and attract new partners and customers.
  • Customer Success Management: Drive customer success and adoption by liaising with the professional and managed services team to ensure effective customer onboarding, training, and support services are availed & promoted to our customers.

  5. Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

 

  1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business informatics, technology-based management, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in digital product management or similar role
  3. Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills
  4. Excellent knowledge of B2B marketplaces
  5. Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification (MS-900) is a plus
