Job overview : We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and patient English Online Teacher to provide engaging lessons either for young learners (ages 6-10)  , teenagers (ages 11–16) or adults . As an online English teacher, you will be responsible for creating a fun and interactive learning environment that fosters language acquisition, confidence, and academic development. You will deliver lessons based on the unique needs and interests of all students, helping them improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.


Teach English to Young Learners and Teenagers: Deliver age-appropriate English lessons for children and teenagers(Company’s curriculum), focusing on building strong foundational language skills for younger students and more advanced skills for teenagers.• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Deliver given lesson plans in a creative, interactive, and activity based curriculum, that incorporate multimedia, games, and real-world topics to maintain students’ attention and interest.• Use Effective Online Teaching Tools: Utilize interactive digital tools and ability to use Learning management system ( Classsera ) along with online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams )to create a dynamic, engaging, and accessible online classroom experience.• Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a safe and supportive space where students feel encouraged and comfortable to take risks, ask questions, and express themselves in English.• Focus on Skill Development: Improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through age-appropriate activities, games, and conversations. For teenagers, offer more complex tasks such as discussions, essays, and exam preparation.• Provide Clear Feedback: Offer constructive, positive feedback on students’ progress, both in class and through individual assignments. Regularly assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement. • Adapt to Individual Needs: Customize lessons to meet the learning needs, interests, and proficiency levels of each student. For younger learners, include fun and interactive activities, while offering teenagers more challenging tasks and real-world application of language.• Encourage Active Participation: Use engaging teaching methods that promote interaction, such as storytelling, role-plays, games, and group discussions, ensuring students stay actively involved in lessons.• Monitor Student Progress: Track students’ progress and provide regular updates to parents or guardians. Adjust teaching strategies based on progress and feedback from students and parents.• Classroom Management: Maintain order and focus during online lessons, using positive reinforcement techniques to keep young learners engaged and disciplined throughout lessons.• Maintain Effective Communication: Communicate regularly with supervisor or assistants to inform parents and to update them on their child’s progress also provide recommendations for extra practice or support if needed• Follow the Curriculum: Deliver lessons according to the company’s approved curriculum, ensuring that all required materials, activities, and content are included and taught as outlined in the lesson plans.
