Job Summary:
- Oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
- Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining General Ledger.
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Report the company’s financial activities to Seniors.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirements:BS degree in Accounting.4 - 8 years of proven experience.Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets.Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables.Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.Familiarity with financial accounting statements.Accuracy and attention to detail.Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
