Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3:5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG.Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and purchasing patterns.Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, e-commerce, etc.).Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).Solid experience in e-commerce marketing, including product optimization, paid media, and partnerships with online retailers.Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign management and optimization.Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.Creative mindset with a focus on driving innovation in campaigns and digital touchpoints.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth FMCG environment.
