Job Description
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients-
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence-
Handle requests and queries appropriately-
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders-
Make travel arrangements-
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data-
Produce reports, presentations and briefs-
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system-
Job Requirements
Must have a bachelor degree in accounting or business administration-

Must be proficient in using Excel-
High level verbal and written communications skills-
