Responsibilities:
• Approaching potential clients through calls, etc.
To offer them properties all over Egypt.
• Understanding client’s needs and preparing the needed presentations about all the relevant projects matching their budget, location and all their preferences.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc.…)
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Requirements: • Experience:1 year in Real Estate• Graduated: A bachelor’s degree.• Decent and presentable profiles.• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with solid negotiation, sales and communication skills.• Sales experience and strong knowledge about the property market.• Very good command of English.• Preferably owns a car.
