Role Overview

Nano Health Suite is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects for the Health Insurance domain. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while adhering to the company’s high-quality standards.

Your expertise will be critical in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, driving collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. You will also manage communication with stakeholders, report on project progress, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT Projects: Oversee the full project lifecycle for health insurance-related IT projects, from planning to execution and delivery. Ensure projects meet the defined objectives, scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and define project timelines to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, develop mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track. Address any issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain open communication with key stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project progress, changes, and any potential risks. Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reports.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to deliver high-quality results. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on project status, including milestones achieved, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization. Provide insights to management on project performance and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required.

Experience:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in managing IT projects, with similar domain experince.
  • Proven experience leading teams within a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Expertise in PMI methodology, Agile/Scrum techniques, and using project management tools like JIRA, Trello, and Asana.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners.
  • Strong background in health insurance projects, with deep knowledge of the industry’s needs and challenges.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Authorization to work in Dubai.
