- Execute sourcing & procurement plans for electronics items that relates to corporate sales team, through leading efficient negotiations with suppliers & secure annual solid contracts in place
- Implement procurement processes that continually improve performance and response level
- Ensure development & efficient execution of a B2B driven contacts with key suppliers that delivers on obtaining lowest total system cost, best service level parameters on delivery & payment & continuous supplier performance tracking (Full Vendor Management).
- Acts as the resource on local/foreign suppliers’ capabilities by maintaining an updated file in coordination with QC that consists with database on local market supplier capabilities (volume, equipment technology…)
- Ensure product availability (right place, right quantity, and right quality at the right time) in line with the following tools (Quartile Strategy + Inventory Quality-Rebo)
- Ensure product stock levels that deliver on overall agreed inventory coverage across total system in line with “Rebo” module.
- Ensure efficient product rotation across total system & across sellable products & damaged products & different WH
- Ensure Category GP Healthy growth deliverables through negotiating margins in line with approved strategic & annual GP’s in place
- Co-Lead team in defining a strategy for a sustainable and profitable business for the Category Portfolio
- Co-Lead the team in the preparation, communication, and execution of the market specific Annual Operation Plan, including financial framework, Best Practice Tool implementation and sustainment, initiative calendar and people capability
- Tracks overall B2B electronics business performance against strategy and adjusts plans/investment as necessary

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably within the electronics industry or a similar B2B environment.Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing long-term supplier contracts.In-depth knowledge of inventory management tools and stock control processes.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and adjust plans based on market dynamics and performance data.
