Responsibilities:
• Finalize artwork and design to ensure all printed projects are completed with the utmost precision and efficiency and meet high-quality standards.
• Modify and resize existing designs while preserving the original design intent and integrity across various formats.
• Review designs for accuracy, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and technical specifications before production.
• Collaborate with production and printing teams to set clear expectations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any technical challenges during production.
• Manage Quick Revisions efficiently and incorporate last-minute changes and updates as directed by the manager, focusing on tight deadlines.
• Review and proof all creative deliverables—including text, images, and layouts—to ensure adherence to brand identity and regulatory compliance.
• Produce high-quality print-ready files and prepare and export files for printing, ensuring all necessary elements (such as bleed, crop marks, and resolution) are correctly set up to avoid production issues.
• Expert in AI and InDesign.
Education:• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.Qualifications:• Proven experience in file finalization and print production processes at least from 1 up to 3 years.
