- Identify and develop new export markets and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and quality assurance teams to meet client requirements.
- Ensure export documentation and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential growth areas.
- Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and expand the client base.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Follow up on client feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Stay updated on export policies, industry trends, and client-specific requirements.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, or a related field 3+ years in export sales, preferably in the fresh food or FMCG sector.Fluency in English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing), Russian language is a plus.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).Knowledge of export documentation and trade regulations.Presentable, professional, and confident.Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
