- Oversee the IT function at Circle K, including infrastructure management, application development, network and security operations, and help desk support
- Manage the IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed to ensure high-quality work and professional development
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of IT services and compliance with IT standards and regulations
- Monitor and analyze IT performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and providing recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with IT security and data privacy regulations, and manage relationships with external auditors and security consultants
