Technical support will be responsible for following up on all tasks assigned by developers and ensuring that each task is completed within a reasonable timeframe.
- Track the daily software developers' tasks through Odoo system and complete the tasks cycle within agreed time limits.
- Talk employees through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved or finished their technical tasks.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to management.
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged by software developers.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Follow up with employees to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes on Odoo system.
- Maintain jovial relationships with software developers.
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.Experience in following tasks handled to employees.The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.A solid understanding of relevant technologies and software used by the development team.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.Work will be onsite fulltime.Working days:- 6 days and 1 dayoff.
