HSE Supervisor

  1. Ensure implementation of all procedures and work instruction for ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
  2. Prepare HSE programs to control & prevent unsafe conditions & acts.
  3. Prepare regular site tour plans to cover all company location and record these tours and follow-up the closure of its corrective and preventive actions.
  4. Issue & review safe work instructions for routine and non- routine activities
  5. Prepare & review risk assessment and Aspect & Impact analysis for all activities and ensure implement safe precautions
  6. Internal and external communication with official authorities
  7. Arrange monthly safety committee meeting and follow-up its decrees.
  8. Prepare semiannual & annual reports for governmental authorities
  9. Manage HSE team & Communicate tasks to shift supervisors and follow-up performance
  10. Investigate accident and environmental cases with area owner to define root cause and needed actions.
  11. Summarize accident and environmental cases reports monthly and analysis repeated cases.
  12. Consolidate all HSE issues from this team and follow-up its closure with departments.
  13. Ensure HSE awareness and other topic as per plans
  14. Facilitate the effectiveness of employee HSE training and orientation for new employees 
  15. Prepare / review Emergency Response Plans in order to match with current hazards, train worker on their roles and evaluate the performance in simulation drills.
  16. Prepare and collect HSE data to compare it to the objectives.
  17. Interferes to stop any unsafe behavior /  Condition 
  18. Supervise hazard analysis reports and report the results to the management team 
  19. Do periodic review for the food safety-related processes to ensure hazards are accounted for and controlled.
  20. Ensuring that a quality management system is implemented and maintained
  21. Ensuring that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively
  22. Ensure that warehouse operations are compliant with GDP/ GMP standards and instructions
  23. Comply with OH&S policy, standards, OH&S objectives and trainings.
  24. Report any incidents (Accidents or near misses).    
  25. participate in relevant risk assessments
  26. Comply with environmental management’s standards, objectives and trainings. 
  27. Report immediately any environmental incidents. 

BSc. Agriculture or Science or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Food Safety Management Systems 5 – 7  Years of experience in HSE field Minimum Experience (0-2) is required in food safety fieldTraining in food safety in HACCP or ISO 22000:2018 awareness or any other relevant to food safetyInternal Auditor ISO 45001 & ISO 14001First aid and firefighting certificates Certified NEBOSH is must
