Collections and Financial Accountability:
- Develop strategies to minimize bad debts and increase the rate of collected tuition installments.

Process Optimization:
- Oversee the implementation of advanced tools and processes to streamline sales operations, increase efficiency, and improve lead management.

- Manage and align the efforts of the Sales Director, Marketing Communication Manager, Collection Manager, and Digital Performance Manager.

- Develop and oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher ROI and lead-to-enrollment conversions.
Brand Positioning:

- Ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across all platforms.
Sales and Marketing Automation:
