Main Job Duties
- Developing a deep understanding of the electronic solutions offered by the company.
- Generating new leads that might benefit from the offered electronic solutions and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
- Expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory by communicating effectively and regularly with the customers and assessing their requirements and their future potential needs to ensure their satisfaction.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company products and offered solutions.
- Negotiating tender contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Ensuring that proposals align with the technical capabilities and pricing strategy of the company.
- Providing technical support during the pre-sales phase, assisting customers in choosing the right products and solutions for their needs.
- Staying up to date with various industrial printing specifications, new products, and developments.
- Presenting sales status reports to direct manager to monitor & control sales aiming to improve sales performance.
- Proactively managing customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
- Supporting the company's marketing activities by participating in collecting data about competitors and the company market share to assist in setting and updating sales plans.
- Providing input for sales forecasting based on technical trends and customer feedback.
Basic RequirementsCairo residentHaving a car is a MUSTJob QualificationsBachelor degree in engineering (electrical/mechanical) from a reputable university.Minimum 4-5 years practical experience in customer service and technical sales, preferably in B2B.Job CompetenciesStrong sales and negotiation skills.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.Proficient in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.Advanced knowledge of sales techniques (customer selection, customer segmentation, and deal closing)Demonstrated success in selling and interaction with executive level decision makersFamiliarity with relevant technologies, industry standards, and emerging trends in the engineering and electronics sectors.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer requirements, and evolving product offerings.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support.Having a customer-centric approach with focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.Having a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's overall success.English proficiency
