- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with financial institutions, healthcare providers, telecom operators, and tech companies to distribute microinsurance products.
- Build and maintain a robust network of high-level contacts within Egypt’s financial, health, telecom, and tech sectors.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between partnerships and our strategic goals.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for embedded microinsurance products.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and compliance with local regulations.
- Track key performance metrics for partnerships and provide regular updates to leadership.
Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partnerships, or sales within Egypt's financial, health, telecom, or tech industries.Strong network of decision-makers and influencers within these sectors.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive execution.Familiarity with insurance, microfinance, or fintech is a plus.Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
