Site Supervision:
- Oversee on-site activities and ensure construction work complies with designs and specifications.
- Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical advice and solutions for on-site challenges.
- Interpret and apply technical drawings, specifications, and plans.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
- Ensure materials used meet required specifications and quality standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience:2–5 years of experience in site supervision or engineering roles in construction projects.Fresh graduates with strong internships may also be considered.Technical Skills:Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.Proficient in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
