Health and Safety Monitoring:
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor construction activities to minimize risks to workers and the environment.
Training and Awareness:
- Organize and deliver safety training sessions for site personnel.
- Promote awareness of health and safety policies and procedures.
Incident Management:
- Investigate accidents, incidents, or near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of safety audits, training, and incidents.
Risk Assessment:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to eliminate or mitigate hazards.
- Regularly review and update site safety plans.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Coordinate emergency drills and evaluate readiness.
- Act as a point of contact during on-site emergencies.
Education:any bachelor degreeCertification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is Must.Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an HSE role within the construction or industrial sector.Skills:Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.Excellent communication and training skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
