Account Manager:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team, focusing on managing and nurturing relationships with automotive dealers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, ensuring dealer satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities within the dealer network. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of the automotive industry.
Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with automotive dealers.
- Provide training sessions for dealers, ensuring they are well-informed about the latest products offerings.
- Work closely with dealers to support their sales efforts, providing them with necessary information, and tools to maximize their sales performance.
- Track dealer sales performance, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve dealer issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:- A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field preferred- 1-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and account management- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Result-orientated with problem solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options- Good analytical skills to understand clients & business needs and provide adequate solutions
