- Ensure on time availability of fixtures, special tools, testing and secondary process jigs and specific production material for new product
- Train manufacturing shopfloor team on new product process Standard Operating Procedures and Quality requirements.
- Monitor first article production and inspection and advise on corrective action if required.
- Ensure feedback of reality into the PFMEA process to ensure to integrate lessons learned
- Analyze and improve manufacturing process and equipment Quality, Cycle time,
- Work in a collaborative manner with Quality Engineers , Maintenance engineers and Production leaders .
Having as a minimum a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related technical field. Experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered as an asset Oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational abilities and able to speak in ArabicAbility to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential
