IT CRM Specialist

• Manage and Maintain CRM Platform: Oversee the daily operation of our CRM system, ensuring its reliability and performance.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM, including regular data imports, cleansing, and de-duplication.
• User Support and Training: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to improve system adoption.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their CRM needs and ensure the system meets their requirements.
• System Upgrades and Integrations: Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors for CRM upgrades and integrations with other business systems.
