- Act as the point of contact between the chair of board and internal/external clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and manage client contracts ensuring mutual beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Responsible for preparing company profile presentations for clients from Europe and China.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with related departments and follow up on their action items when required from (COB).
- Ensure data accuracy received from various departments before presenting to the chair of board.
- Take notes and writing minutes during meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
