- Post job advertisements (internal &external) and explore new sourcing channels.
- Prepares a pool of CVs, screen, and select CVs for relevant positions.
- Ensures candidates are initially screened against appropriate criteria.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prepare interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Conduct phone, Online & in-person interviews.
- Interview applicants for (Entry , Mid and Senior) levels and preparing assessment reports.
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and any related paperwork.
- Ensure that all candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final decision
2-3 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition function in the real estate field.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels and cultures of the organization.Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
