Client Relation Specialist

  • Deal with clients queries promptly and professionally.
  • Meets face-to-face with customers regarding requests or complaints and issues resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests in a timely manner.
  • Follows up on contracts and ensures that customers receive their contracts.
  • Handles customer documentations like (Modifications request, cancellation requests etc. …)
  • Prepares and updates daily productivity report.
  • Handlig customer issues and complaints.
  • Follows and adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Keeping up regular contact with clients and look for opportunities to deliver added value to client relationships.

Bachelor’s DegreeUp to 2 years of experience in client relationsExperience in real estate, particularly with residential projectsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving abilitiesActive listening skills and the ability to handle client inquiries effectivelyFemales Only
