Responsibilities:
Lead the Architectural Project Team through close collaboration with Partners and Principals to achieve design, technical and financial
success.
Manage Resources within the team to suit the project needs
Prepare, with Leadership input, quality agreements with clients including letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, and professional
service agreements. Executes additional service agreements and gains authorization by phase.
Collaborate with Partners and senior team to prepare, issue, and manage compliance plans to align project goals including budget,
deliverables and schedule. Gains agreement with the senior team for labour allocation. Chairs weekly team meetings to address variances
from the project plan.
Administer internal control procedures with Project Accountant including billing, collections, percent complete, expense management, and
year-end activities. Analyse project reports and proactively manages the profitability of a project. + Participates actively in project design
and technical discussions and decision making.
Communicate actively through chairing weekly meetings, issuing meeting minutes and accurate project record keeping and sharing project
information and correspondence.
Manages owner/client relationship and expectations to allow team to work effectively, efficiently and collaboratively.
Initiates, monitor and maintain project schedule and workplan including schedule of meetings and presentations.
Schedule and lead internal team weekly project meetings; develop the meeting agenda and project status update.
Initiate, monitor and maintain project plan and financial performance of project.
Initiate and maintain -Client Services Agreement, Sub-Consultant Agreements and requests for additional services.
Monitor scope for contract compliance and potential additional services.
Actively engages in project risk management through close collaboration with Partners and legal group.

Person Specification: Minimum BSc Degree in Architecture or related Minimum 10 years of professional experience and at least 3 in a recognised International Consultancy Full life cycle experience of managing and developing Residential & Hospitality projects from Schematic Design stages to handover. Strong Experience in both pre and post contract works An all-rounder with a key interest in having hands-on problem-solving approach. Strong Stakeholder and Vendor Management skills Excellent Revit, Auto Cad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro and MS Office skills
